Each month we’re bringing a new sundae recipe that goes perfectly with a scoop of Sweet N Nice flavours. This time around we’re bringing you a Berry Basil sundae that pairs perfectly with Sweet N Nice Pineapple Coconut ice cream. It’s super simple & delicious.
- 1 cup of Frozen Berries
- 1/4 cup of Lemon juice
- 1/3 cup of Sugar
- a few sprigs of Basil
- 2/3 cup of water
- Sweet N Nice Pineapple coconut ice cream
Add frozen berries,lemon juice, sugar & a splash of the water (add as needed) in a medium sauce pan on medium low heat. Stir and reduce then add the basil ( save a sprig as garnish). Serve warm over Sweet N Nice pineapple ice cream.
