Cicshall’s Lab (@cicshallslab) is made of cooking-enthusiasts Cicely Shillingford and Najja Marshall! They are soon-to-be Ph.D. scientists (chemistry and neuroscience) and home cooks whose passion for food is only superseded by our passion for each other. They love exploring new cuisines together and taking turns in the kitchen. Collectively, they are from Trinidad and Tobago, Dominica, Canada, the US, and now live in Harlem, NYC. They started their platform in January 2020 and have been having the best time sharing recipes with friends and interacting with other Harlem and West Indian chefs, foodies, and restauranteurs.
