Granny’s Banana Bread

Ingredients

 3 Ripe bananas
 1 ½ cups Flour
 2 Beaten eggs
 ½ cup Melted butter
 1 tbsp Sour cream
 ½ cup Brown sugar
 ¼ cup White sugar
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 1 tsp Baking soda
 1 pinch Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, with a fork mash bananas until potentially lump-free.

Mix in sugar, sour cream, eggs and the melted butter. Stir until fully combined.

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt.

Add into the banana mixture and stir gently until well combined.

If you are adding nuts, fold into the batter gently.

Pour bread batter into a prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the bread comes out clean.

Let cool slightly and serve along side your favorite beverage.
