Peaches are the official fruit of summer, but to get the most out of them, add some magic by grilling them and spreading them with cinnamon-brown sugar butter.
Ingredients
Directions
Wash peaches very well and cut them in half, removing the pits.
Melt a third of the butter and use it to brush the flesh of each peach half.
Mix 2/3 of the softened butter (approx. 1 stick) with the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Set aside.
Place peaches on the grill until they softens and you achieve the char marks you
desire, about 4-6 minutes.
Remove the peaches and keep warm.
While warm, add a dollop of the cinnamon-sugar butter to each peach half.
Slap the mint leaves against your palm to release the oils.
Serve the peaches with a scoop of ice cream and a sprig of mint and enjoy!
