Spicy Green Mango and Coconut Meat Salad

This super delicious vitamin C-loaded salad is the perfect side dish for any meal. It's going to become your next favorite, I’m telling you!

The mix of the mango, coconut, and hot peppers can’t be described with words, you just have to make it, eat it, and experience the flavor explosions in your mouth!

 1 Large, unripe green mango
 5 tbsp Coconut water
 Meat from 1 coconut
 2 tbsp Coriander
  of a Red bell pepper
 2 tbsp Lime juice
 1 Green hot pepper (or more, depending on your tolerance)
 2 tbsp Cashew nuts
  of a Red onion
 Handful of basil leaves
 Salt and pepper, to taste

Julienne the mango, red Bell pepper, red onion, and coconut meat and add them into a bowl.


Pour the coconut water and the lime juice over the julienned mixture.

Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.


Mince the hot pepper.

Garnish the top of the salad with cashew nuts, basil, and the minced hot pepper.
